BeeLocate Pro (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a satellite-based beekeeping site analysis platform operated by BeeLocate Pro. Our website is beelocatepro.com. For privacy-related questions, contact us at info@beelocatepro.com.
2. Data We Collect
Account Data
When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
Analysis Data
When you run an analysis, we store the GPS coordinates you submitted and the resulting analysis report (flora, climate, water, terrain scores and AI recommendations).
Payment Data
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your card details. We receive a payment confirmation and order reference from Lemon Squeezy.
Usage Data
With your consent, we collect anonymised usage statistics via Google Analytics 4 (pages visited, session duration, device type). No personal data is sent to Google Analytics without consent.
Error & Performance Data
We use Sentry to capture application errors. Error reports may contain technical details such as browser version and page URL, but never passwords or payment data.

- To send you transactional emails (email verification, password reset, analysis completion)
- To process payments and manage your subscription or one-time purchases
- To analyse aggregate usage patterns and improve our product

Our infrastructure is based in the United States (Render.com, Neon.tech). Data transfers from the EU/EEA to the US are carried out under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent).
