1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BeeLocate Pro (“Service”, “Platform”) at beelocatepro.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BeeLocate Pro is a satellite-based platform that analyses geographic locations for beekeeping suitability. The Service uses satellite imagery and environmental data to generate location reports, with optional AI-generated narrative summaries for paid reports. Reports are informational only and do not constitute professional agricultural or veterinary advice.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the platform
- Use automated tools to submit analyses in bulk without authorisation
- Circumvent usage limits or quotas
- Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Pricing
BeeLocate Pro offers paid analysis credits and organisation plans. Current pricing is displayed on the platform. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. By making a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.
Refunds
One-time credit purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days if no analyses have been run using those credits. Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time; no refund is issued for the current billing period. To request a refund, contact info@beelocatepro.com.
6. Free Tier
Unregistered users and free-tier accounts are subject to daily analysis limits set at our discretion. We reserve the right to adjust or remove free tier access at any time with reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual Property
The BeeLocate Pro platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by BeeLocate Pro and protected by intellectual property laws. Analysis reports generated for your account are yours to use for personal or business purposes. You may not resell or sublicense the reports without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Analysis results are based on publicly available satellite and environmental data and may not reflect current ground conditions. BeeLocate Pro does not guarantee that any location will be suitable for beekeeping based on our analysis.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeeLocate Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where BeeLocate Pro operates.
